Celigo is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem, including Salesforce, PRM, and integrated business tools. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and skilled at translating strategic goals into scalable processes and actionable technical solutions. What would you do, if hired?

  • Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce and PRM solutions.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization across GTM systems.
  • Design and document system workflows, data models, and reporting structures that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Partner with Business Systems Administrators and developers to design, test, and deploy enhancements and integrations.
  • Support data management initiatives, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key GTM metrics such as pipeline, lead conversion, and partner performance.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by evaluating user needs and proposing scalable solutions that align with business strategy.
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and training to ensure successful adoption of new features.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities to ensure timely and transparent delivery of GTM system projects.
  • Promote best practices for data hygiene, reporting, and system utilization across teams.
