About the role
As a Mid-Level GTM Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Your mission is to build, optimize, scale, and maintain the technical engine that powers our revenue growth. You’ll be architecting the data pipelines and automation workflows that allow our GTM teams to move faster and smarter.
You will be responsible for maintaining our email and outbound infrastructure, ensuring our tech stack is up to date with GTM 2026 best practices, and providing our customer-facing teams the automated workflows they need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
Maintain email infrastructure: Proactively implement new, and monitor + improve deliverability for, all Google, Microsoft, and SMTP domains/inboxes.
Architect integrations: Build and maintain robust integrations between our CRM, automation platforms, and internal product databases to ensure a "single source of truth."
Automate workflows: Design complex automation logic to streamline lead routing, outbound prospecting, and customer onboarding.
Data governance: Implement validation rules and cleansing scripts to ensure the GTM database remains high-quality and actionable.
Enablement: Build internal tools or dashboards that provide real-time visibility into the health of the sales pipeline.
Strategic optimization: Collaborate with Growth and Ops leaders to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and deploy technical solutions to fix them.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
3–5 years in a technical role, specifically focused on Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or Marketing Technology.
A clear perspective on implementing AI across our work.
Ability to audit our processes and suggest the right tooling to amplify our efforts.
Deep proficiency with the "Modern GTM Stack," including the CRM (HubSpot), Enrichment tools (Clay), and Engagement platforms (Instantly/HeyReach) .
Clay familiarity is a must-have
Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms like n8n or Zapier.
Experience building and maintaining email infrastructure capable of sending at least 1k emails per day.
The ability to translate complex technical requirements into "business speak" for stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
Preferred but not required:
Strong command of SQL for data modeling and analysis.
Experience with Python or JavaScript for writing custom scripts and API integrations.
