We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the systems that power our go-to-market engine. This role is critical to ensuring our marketing and sales teams can move fast, stay aligned, and make decisions based on clean, reliable data. You will be the owner of HubSpot and our broader GTM tech stack, building automations, workflows, and reporting that fuel predictable growth.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leaders, bringing operational rigor and best practices to how we generate, convert, and retain customers.
Own HubSpot end-to-end, including governance, optimization, and best practices
Build and maintain automations, workflows, lead routing, lifecycle management, and data hygiene processes
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketing and sales performance across the funnel
Partner with Sales to ensure clean handoffs, accurate attribution, and smooth GTM workflows
Manage the GTM tech stack, including evaluating tools, managing integrations, and owning contracts and budgets
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all GTM systems
Document processes, define standards, and continuously improve how we operate
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and speed across the funnel
Support campaign launches with operational setup, QA, and measurement
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations
Strong understanding of GTM funnels, lead management, attribution, and lifecycle stages
Experience managing a marketing or revenue tech stack and working with vendors, contracts, and budgets
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex systems end-to-end
Bonus: experience supporting B2B SaaS or startup environments
