The Role

We are seeking to recruit for Season 2026 passionate, hardworking, guest-focused, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with a high level of personalization and attention to detail
- Actively introduce and guide guests through The Rooster’s experiences and activities, ensuring each offering is personalized to their interests and desires
- Manage pre-arrival communication, including personalized emails and bespoke itineraries
- Maintain prompt, polished, and empathetic communication with in-house guests throughout their stay
- Provide refined concierge services, including dining reservations, transportation, and tailored experiences
- Execute seamless arrival, check-in, and welcome experiences, creating a strong first connection
- Handle check-out, billing, and guest folios accurately and discreetly
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a fluid and consistently exceptional guest journey
- Passion for luxury, wellness, and holistic hospitality
Requirements
- Previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Fluency / excellence in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Greek, French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in personalized guest services and concierge operations
- Strong guest-centric mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, solution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Polished, tactful, and professional presence
