Guest Service Representative

The guest service representative (GSR) creates a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and by telephone . The GSR does side work duties for the crafting department, some light cleaning and clerical duties. 

The GSR must possess a strong sense of teamwork and be able to follow instructions. The GSR also needs to have the ability to multi-task have a sense of urgency and be outgoing and friendly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include: 

-Uphold the NBC image and brand

-Introduce walk in guests to the bakery and products using a guest tour

-Suggest creative solutions and add-ons to guest with walk in orders

-Assist guest with orders by telephone

-Operate and balance the POS system with accuracy and efficiency 

-Collect e-mail addresses from guests

-Have current & complete knowledge of products, prices and promotions

-Keep retail area clean, swept and neatly merchandised throughout the day.
