At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, Revenue Management drives the business behind the brand. As Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, and distribution performance to maximise revenue across all segments.
This role is central to the hotel’s commercial success and requires strong analytical thinking paired with confident decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies across all channels
- Monitor demand trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Optimise inventory, rates, and restrictions to maximise profitability
- Manage distribution channels and ensure rate integrity
- Produce forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in hotel revenue management
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Solid knowledge of RMS, PMS, and distribution channels
