Hard Rock Hotel - Kids Club Team
At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Kids Club is a place where energy, creativity, and care come together to create memorable experiences for our youngest guests. The team plays a key role in delivering safe, engaging, and age-appropriate activities within a lively, high-volume hotel environment.
We are currently recruiting team members to support daily Kids Club operations at the hotel.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following roles:
- Kids Club Manager
- Kids Club Attendant
Role allocation will be based on experience, qualifications, and operational requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with children in a hotel, childcare, education, or recreational environment (preferred)
- A valid licence or clearance to work with children, including any Maltese regulatory requirements for safeguarding minors
- A recent Police Conduct / Certificate of Conduct demonstrating good character and suitability to work with children
- Relevant childcare qualifications, paediatric first aid certification, or other recognised training (where applicable)
- Awareness of child safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- A team-oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
