Night Manager – Role Overview
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth overnight operations. Acting as the main point of contact during night hours, this role is key to maintaining the Group’s high service standards while supporting operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
- Act as the senior on-duty representative, handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property overnight
- Supervise night staff and ensure duties are carried out effectively
- Prepare night reports and handover information for day management
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, health & safety, and company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within hospitality is preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and guest service orientation
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
Front Office Agent – Role Overview
As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain front desk standards in line with company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- ability to speak in French, Italian
