The Head of Business Applications is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, governance, and optimization of all enterprise systems across Capital Partners Holding.
Reporting to the Group CTO, the role oversees the full lifecycle of core business platforms including ERP, POS, HRIS, Finance, BI, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
The position ensures enterprise applications are stable, scalable, and strategically aligned to support growth, cost control, expansion readiness, and data-driven decision-making across multi-country retail operations.
Policies & Governance
- Establish and enforce enterprise application governance frameworks.
- Define system ownership models and accountability structures.
- Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority and IT governance policies.
- Implement application lifecycle management standards.
Enterprise Application Strategy & Architecture
- Define and lead the long-term roadmap for all enterprise business applications.
- Ensure architectural alignment between ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), POS, HRIS, Finance, BI, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Drive modernization and rationalization of legacy systems.
- Establish integration architecture standards (API-first, cloud-native principles).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across systems.
ERP & Core Systems Leadership
- Oversee governance, optimization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O Business Central).
- Ensure seamless integration between Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Retail Operations, and HR modules.
- Drive advanced system utilization beyond transactional usage into strategic intelligence.
- Lead digital enablement of merchandising, pricing, procurement, and financial workflows.
Data Governance & Business Intelligence
- Own enterprise data integrity, master data governance, and system synchronization standards.
- Oversee BI frameworks and executive dashboards across the Group.
- Implement performance intelligence models (sales per employee, labor ratio, store productivity).
- Establish real-time analytics and decision-support architecture.
- Ensure a single source of truth across all business functions.
AI, Automation & Intelligent Systems
- Lead enterprise automation initiatives using Power Platform, Azure services, and AI tools.
- Oversee implementation of AI-driven operational agents (HR, Payroll, Performance, Compliance).
- Ensure measurable ROI from automation investments.
- Establish explainability, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems.
- Drive predictive analytics capabilities across workforce, cost, and performance domains.
Expansion & Scalability Enablement
- Ensure all new market entries and store rollouts are digitally ready prior to launch.
- Oversee localization requirements (tax, regulatory compliance, currency environments).
- Establish standardized system deployment frameworks across regions.
- Ensure digital scalability to support multi-country growth strategy.
Operational Excellence & Process Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide process reengineering initiatives.
- Eliminate manual dependencies through workflow automation.
- Standardize business processes across all retail and head office operations.
- Implement continuous improvement and system optimization cycles.
Leadership & Executive Partnership
- Lead and develop high-performing Business Applications teams.
- Partner closely with CTO, CFO, CHRO, and Commercial leadership.
- Translate technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Present enterprise system performance reports to Executive Committee.
- Support strategic digital investment planning and capital allocation decisions

Requirements
₋ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology.
₋ MBA or Master’s degree in Digital Transformation / Technology Management preferred.
₋ 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications leadership.
₋ Proven experience managing ERP ecosystems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
₋ Strong background in retail, FMCG, or multi-entity operational environments.
₋ Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
₋ Deep understanding of integration architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), and enterprise data governance.
₋ Exposure to AI, automation, and predictive analytics frameworks is highly desirable.
