· Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of all in-store branding and marketing materials.
· Identify missing, or improperly placed branding items and report findings through structured follow-up reports.
· Coordinate with branches and suppliers to ensure timely replacement or installation of in-store branding elements.
· Maintain and track the inventory of all marketing materials (e.g. posters, wobblers, banners, stands, uniforms, giveaways, etc.).
· Align with the design and production teams to dispatch branding items based on store needs and visit observations.
· Collect and manage all supplier invoices related to marketing campaigns, production, and events.
· Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments to ensure timely validation, processing, and payment of marketing-related invoices.
· Keep updated records of all financial transactions for the marketing department, including payment schedules, approvals, and cost tracking.
· Provide administrative and logistical support for campaign execution, including courier coordination, packing, and delivery tracking.
· Request and collect quotations from suppliers for branding materials, printing, event agencies, and entertainers; secure bookings and finalize all event logistics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or FMCG environments.
