Head of Business Operations
- Ownership of the ETRM business processes and trade lifecycle
- Lead and manage the Trade Process Analyst team
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support ownership for complex business issues
- Act as the primary business owner for Endur-related processes and new product implementations
- Define and maintain controls across the trade lifecycle
- Prioritise and sponsor business-led change and enhancements
- Partner with IT Application Operations to ensure platform stability
- Represent the business in ETRM governance and steering forums
- Ensure effective use of business SMEs and reduce operational risk
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in energy trading operations or Middle Office
- Deep knowledge of ETRM platforms, preferably Endur
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle controls and risk management
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
