Role Overview
We're now seeking a legendary Head of Content Marketing to craft compelling, high-conversion written content for all our text channels. You'll drive user engagement and subscriptions by creating informative, entertaining, and visually captivating content that reflects our brand's unique character.
With your expert understanding of our product and razor-sharp intuition, you'll optimize user education, resolve pain points, and guide visitors to become paying subscribers. You'll collaborate with our creative team to ensure high-quality decoration and, if needed, recruit top talent to support you.
The essential factor by which we select for this role will be your ability to turn our website into a high-converting sales powerhouse that at all times accurately educates on the full spectrum of our products and services, while also entertaining visitors with unique and engaging brand and product content. Write superior copy yourself and work with designers to achieve premium results.
Key Responsibilities
Write, maintain, and direct all written content on website, social media, and emails
You must be a legendary product communicator, verbal conversion wizard, and Master of the Funnel: Create focussed, engaging, and ultra-high-converting landing pages from scratch
Make sure content written on these primary channels is making us seem maximally useful so that visitors want to sign up and pay as soon as possible
Have a proven track record of writing hyper-engaging content to make sure our channels are not just informative but also as entertaining as possible
Always know what’s written where and make sure all channels reflect the current state of product development
Lead the creation of product tutorial videos, technical user guides, FAQs and other documentation to make sure our users feel sufficiently educated at all times
Make sure users are always optimally educated about our product before and after they sign up, so you can skillfully lead them toward paying for a subscription
Know where visitors get confused or stuck by relying on a mix of intuition, user interviews, and data analytics
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Build an expert understanding of our company and product so you can talk about it with authority and accuracy
Liaise with our creative team to make sure your content looks high-quality and is visually stimulating
Know the difference between tasteful, cool imagery and boring, average imagery
Make sure content has the distinct character of our company and help refine it further
If needed, work with recruiters to add exceedingly talented people to the content team of your dreams
Native-level English
You need to be a battle-hardened language learner. If your first language is a European language, you must have studied an Asian language to advanced fluency. If your first language is an Asian language, you must have studied a language besides English to advanced fluency
