Job Description:
As the first senior engineering leader, you will establish the technical architecture and lead delivery for an AI-driven mortgage origination platform. You will be a hands-on contributor while setting strategy, building the engineering team, and ensuring enterprise-grade security. Partnering with founders, you'll drive product innovation and navigate complex fintech compliance.

What you will do:

• Build technical foundations for SOC 2 compliance, security operations, and enterprise-grade data governance.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record leading engineering at an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.

• Deep expertise in data modeling, security/compliance (SOC 2), and productionizing AI/LLM workloads.

• Exceptional hands-on coding skills combined with the ability to mentor engineers and set technical standards.
