As Head of Engineering, you will own the technical architecture and delivery for a platform managing cross-border mobile subscriptions. Leading a team of seven engineers, you will transform startup chaos into predictable, scalable systems. This is a high-authority role focused on reliability, performance, and shipping features that serve customers in eight countries.

• Deep technical background in backend systems, with the ability to lead by example and dive into code when necessary.

• Strong history of accountability, capable of managing the "messy middle" between early-stage startup and established company processes.
