Our client, a registered Non-Bank Financial Institution is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven Head of Marketing & Business Development to lead the company’s marketing transformation, strengthen brand visibility, drive digital engagement, and expand market presence. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing and executing modern marketing strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a modern integrated marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s online footprint.
- Enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns and track ROI using analytics and performance metrics.
- Drive new business development initiatives, partnerships, MoUs, and market expansion programs.
- Provide leadership to marketing, sales, and branch teams to support revenue growth.
- Strengthen customer acquisition pipelines through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insight research to inform strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, value for money, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing leadership, brand management and communications, or business development.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and use of analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing technologies, customer engagement strategies, and brand positioning
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in the banking and financial services sector is an added advantage.
