A successful Head of Performance Marketing will own and deliver our scalable customer acquisition strategy, evolving the marketing mix and upper-funnel approach to drive brand awareness, improve CPA, and support sustainable growth. You will lead and develop the Performance Marketing team to successfully execute ARNE’s strategy.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Develop, oversee, and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with Arne overall business objectives, focusing on driving online traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand equity.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok and YouTube, with ownership of spend, phasing, channel mix, execution, and continuous testing.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance marketing activity, delivering regular reporting across trade, acquisition analysis, channel performance, and testing, with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build strategies around LTV and Frequency alongside the Data & CRM functions
- Develop and own all KPI’s relating to customer acquisition and hold the team accountable for these
- Conduct market research and leverage analytics to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the evolving e-commerce landscape.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to inform and enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and wider business stakeholders, to ensure campaigns align with broader digital strategies and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Lead, mentor, and manage our Performance Marketing ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and best practices.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (Preferable not essential)
- At least 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, within the fashion industry
- Proven track record of driving high growth through e-commerce
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Experience managing large budgets liaising with internal and external teams to ensure optimum use.
- Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
