Position overview:
Green Genius is committed to advancing the renewable energy transition, and we are looking for a dedicated Head of Treasury to join our Finance team. In this essential role, you will guide our core financial operations by leading our cash flow strategy, managing key banking and creditor relationships, and enhancing our treasury processes.

As Head of Treasury, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and execute cash flow forecasting models on tactical and strategic timelines for both standalone and consolidated company levels.
- Oversee and coordinate the weekly payment procedures throughout the organization to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the treasury's contribution to the corporate budgeting and reporting cycle, partnering with the Financial Control team to ensure budget integrity.
- Be responsible for day-to-day communication with the banks and creditors, covenant calculation and reporting.
- Overseeing overall operating assets performance.
- Manage relationships with service providers: oversee contracts for guarantees, bank accounts, and IRS transactions; manage the company's foreign exchange (FX) position and its exposure to market fluctuations.
- Proactively monitor project budgets from a cash flow perspective, partnering with project teams to anticipate and plan for upcoming cashflow needs.
- Continuously identify and implement enhancements to internal treasury processes to optimize efficiency, control, and scalability.
Requirements
- A university degree is required, with a specialization in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of managerial experience, primarily within a Treasury function. Experience in fields like Audit, Financial Control or a related financial function will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- The following would be an advantage: an understanding of energy markets, policy, and regulation; knowledge of renewable asset operations; and proficiency in Polish.

Monthly salary: From €5250 gross. Final compensation is subject to mutual agreement. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
