Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated In-House Lawyer to join our Legal team. This role focuses on contracts and corporate governance, providing legal support across various business functions and group companies (both locally and internationally). You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and deliver practical legal solutions.

As an In-House Lawyer, your main responsibilities will be:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including:
  - Financing and shareholder-related agreements (with senior support).
  - Service, supply, and procurement agreements.
  - NDAs and other commercial contracts.
• Support M&A and joint venture transactions under senior supervision.
• Assist with corporate governance matters:
  - Draft board and shareholder resolutions.
  - Support corporate processes and maintain corporate records.
  - Maintain and update contract templates and internal policies.
• Support legal due diligence and internal audits.
• Provide legal support to project development teams during development and implementation stages.
• Coordinate with external counsel on specific legal matters.
• Assist in resolving contractual issues, disputes, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Handle other day-to-day legal tasks assigned to the Legal team.

Requirements

• Be graduate in law.
• 5+ years experience in contract law (in-house or law firm), good knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented, analytical mindset.
• The following would be considered as advantage:
  - Experience or strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based businesses.
  - Exposure to project financing.
  - Experience working with international stakeholders.

Monthly salary: From 3450 EUR gross. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
