About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic anchor for our client's Digital & Technology functions. In this role, you will serve as a vital thought partner to mid-level and senior leadership, ensuring that people strategies are perfectly synced with business priorities.

What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.Translate complex business priorities into practical people actions that drive measurable engagement and operational outcomes.Proactively identify talent risks and organizational challenges, offering data-driven recommendations to leadership.Support leadership through organizational change, reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency across teams.Provide expert consultation on employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions to complex matters.Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and strategic employee development.Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead workforce planning, requisition alignment, and seamless onboarding transitions.Manage the employee lifecycle, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up actions.
What You'll Bring:
3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background specifically in an HR Business Partner capacity.Proven track record of partnering directly with senior leadership teams to influence business outcomes.Strong professional judgment and the ability to influence leaders through practical, insight-led solutions.Deep experience navigating employee relations and performance management within complex, matrixed environments.Exceptional ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a "Translator" between business needs and HR policy.High level of organizational skill to manage HR operations and administrative documentation with precision.
