Recruitment & Screening: Write job ads, source candidates, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate assessments
Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and support offboarding processes
HR Records Management: Maintain accurate employee files, trackers, and shared documents
Payroll Coordination: Support payroll and allowance tracking; assist with timekeeping compliance
HR Documentation: Draft and update SOPs, policies, and issue logs
People Support: Assist with performance reviews, engagement tracking, and communication initiatives
Reporting & Analytics: Provide reports to leadership on recruitment, attrition, and role pipelines
Compliance: Ensure all HR activity aligns with internal standards and PH labor guidelines
Team Collaboration: Work with ops and success teams to support hiring, retention, and team performance
1–2 years in HR, recruitment, training, payroll, or coordination
Organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong written communicator
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Google Workspace, hiring platforms, Slack, job boards
Bonus: Experience in a BPO, startup, or staffing agency
Must be available for graveyard shift hours (PH time)
This is a full-time role and requires availability for weekend coverage as needed.
Starting at ₱28,000 - ₱33,000/month. Final offer may vary based on skill set, relevant experience, and readiness to own the role
