The Senior HRIS Analyst helps shape the HR technology that supports our people and the work they do every day.
By partnering closely with stakeholders, this role turns business needs into smart system design, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements—helping teams work more efficiently and effectively. Alongside project work, the Senior HRIS Analyst ensures our HR platforms run smoothly day to day, enabling a better experience for leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.

Qualifications
What’s Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred, but a combination of work experience and education will be considered
5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management, implementing/managing HR systems, projects, understanding and optimizing HR processes, managing data, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects
Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS preferred
