PERGOLUX is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector, specializing in the design, production, and sale of high-quality pergolas. Founded in Norway, PERGOLUX is rapidly expanding and already present in over 14 countries across Europe, North America, South America, and Australia.
We’re now looking for an exceptional Sales Agent for Brazil who will support our sales efforts in the region and help us drive outstanding revenue growth.

Work Schedule (Important)
This role covers our peak customer hours.
The schedule is typically:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday are regular workdays - One weekday off
Candidates must be comfortable working afternoons and weekends.
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.
Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.
Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.
Competitor & Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.
Event & Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers.
Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analyzing sales performance to improve strategies.
Own the full sales pipeline and track performance metrics (conversion rates, AOV, upsell rates, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Preferably experienced in selling high-value products (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, premium services).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Fluent in Portuguese (required)
English is a plus, but not required.
