Warehouse Coordinator (Founding Team)
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
We are building the PERGOLUX Custom Design Factory in Guadalajara from the ground up — and we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to be our eyes and ears on the floor from day one. This is not a static role. You will start by executing the fundamentals and grow into full ownership of the warehouse operation as the factory scales.

What You’ll Do
Execute the daily "Inbound" process by receiving, inspecting, and flawlessly scanning all incoming materials into our ERP/WMS.
Own the "Outbound" flow, ensuring every custom pergola kit is packed with 100% accuracy and follows our premium packaging standards.
Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure the digital system perfectly reflects the physical reality of the warehouse.
Propose and implement process improvements to the warehouse layout and workflow as production volume increases.
Act as the primary point of contact for all floor operations, moving seamlessly between physical unloading and digital system management.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of demonstrable experience working in fast-paced warehouse or logistics environments.
A structured and detail-oriented mindset, capable of identifying labeling or stock errors before they impact the customer.
Technical comfort with ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to maintain digital inventory integrity.
A "no task is too small" attitude, willing to do the heavy lifting today to build the efficient systems of tomorrow.
A growth-oriented mindset with the clear ambition to evolve from a hands-on coordinator into a Warehouse Manager role.
Fluency in Spanish and a basic command of English for reporting and navigating our global software tools.
Your Growth Path
This role is designed to scale with you. Here is what that looks like in practice:
Day 1–90 (Execute & Learn): Help set up the warehouse layout, receive first shipments, and own ERP scanning from day one. Become the person everyone calls for warehouse answers.
Month 3–12 (Own the Operation): Run inbound and outbound independently. Drive inventory accuracy and act as the bridge between the floor and the rest of the business.
As we scale (Lead the Team): As the team grows, step into the Warehouse Manager role. You built this operation—you will know it better than anyone.
