About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
• Ensure data security and regular system backups.
• Assist with software updates, antivirus management, and user account setups.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be a resident of Sialkot or nearby areas.
