THE WORK:

You’ll design and build innovative data and analytics solutions to support organizational goals and KPIs.

You’ll use data mining and predictive analytics to identify trends, correlations, patterns, and potential risks to guide decision-making.

You’ll streamline data collection methods through automation, visualization, and statistical modeling.

You’ll document, enhance, and communicate business processes, system updates, and analytics changes within project teams.

You’ll validate key performance indicators and develop queries to quantitatively measure business performance.

You’ll develop new data tools and reports using Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to improve data management.

You’ll contribute to fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

You’ll oversee implementation and auditing of cost processes, data quality, and cost management systems.

You’ll provide ad hoc analytics, cost forecasts, and business insights to leadership and finance teams.

You’ll manage and publish monthly cost and analytics reports, administer global WBS standards, and support cashflow projection processes.

Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

BS and/or Equivalent Related Experience (5+ yrs)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint, MS Invoice, Compass, PowerBI, SAP

Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional development

Analytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detail

Self-starter - Ability to work to deadlines and excellent time management skills

Well organized with clarity of thought

Ability to manage and inspire direct reports to meet company and client standards
