Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support manufacturing projects from initiation to closure. This role is ideal for candidates with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or production who are looking to transition into project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing manufacturing projects.
- Development and coordination of Samples.
- MAE Ordering and tracking
- Capital expenditure planning and tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, CTG,Engg etc.) to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and action trackers.
- Support project budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Monitor daily progress and escalate delays or issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare status updates.
- Ability to create simple dashboards to track project KPIs like timelines.

- coordination with global team for a new export project
- ECR Co Ordinator
- PDM Role (BOM release for all the new part numbers)
- Hands on SAP POE module (MM, CS, CA, new development modules, etc)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of project lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on exposure to tools like MS Excel, MS Project, SAP, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
- Digital Tools knowledge will be added advantage.
Qualifications
- B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing/quality/production roles.
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in project management.
