This role is for an Inside Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging prospective students and parents and guiding them toward the right educational solutions. You will be at the forefront of customer interaction, managing both inbound and outbound leads, understanding learner needs, and delivering a smooth, value-driven sales experience. The role suits someone who enjoys conversations, targets, and making a real impact in the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective students and parents through outbound calls, follow-ups, and inbound lead interactions
- Qualify leads received via web inquiries, chats, calls, and social platforms
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning products and solutions
- Drive conversions by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage end-to-end sales conversations including queries, pricing discussions, and order follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Ensure a seamless and positive purchase experience for every customer
- Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to support product improvement
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a goal-oriented approach
- Comfortable using phone-based selling, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Genuine interest in education and a clear understanding of student and parent needs
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven by targets and performance incentives
- Fluency in Hindi and English with a confident and professional communication style
