About the Position:
The Procurement Analyst Intern will support sourcing and procurement activities in the construction and design team by assisting with RFIs and RFQs, market analysis, supplier research, reporting and process improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization while developing analytical and business skills in a fast-paced environment. The internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours a week, commencing on or around June 1st, and concluding by August 7th.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities Support supplier research and evaluation Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement leadershipAssist with purchase order monitoring, contract documentation, and compliance checks Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Construction, Engineering, Operations and AccountingMaintain and update procurement databases and supplier records Support process improvement initiatives and procurement best practicesPerform ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); PowerPoint experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications
Coursework or experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., Netsuite, Coupa) Basic knowledge of sourcing, contracts, or vendor managementLearning Opportunities
