What you’ll be doing
- Drive brand performance and demand creation across key International Trade Business markets
- Translate global brand strategies into impactful local activation with distributors
- Develop brand assets and marketing plans for both global and locally managed brands
- Partner closely with Sales Managers to execute regional brand activation plans
- Support and challenge distribution partners to elevate marketing execution, including digital
- Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and market opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Scientific Affairs, and Finance
- Contribute to pricing strategy and brand positioning aligned with commercial priorities
- Provide market insights and partner feedback to strengthen decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or international business (FMCG or fast-moving consumer environments preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with solid brand fundamentals
- Experience working with distributors or external partners is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting
