We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Intern (m/f/d) to support our sales and go-to-market team. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. This role is highly operational and impact-driven: You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Clean and standardize CRM records
Support Reporting for C-Level executives
Improve data structure and maintain hygiene
Support ongoing CRM maintenance so reporting and sales execution stays reliable
Research and prepare outbound initiatives for target accounts
Create and maintain offer/proposal templates
Build a presentation library (deck modules, reusable slides, versioning/structure)
Organize case studies and documentation so sales and marketing can find and reuse content quickly
Support ad-hoc operational tasks that unblock the team and improve execution speed
Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Marketing Ops, or related fields (or comparable early-stage experience)
Very strong attention to detail and willingness to do structured operational work
Confident with Excel/Google Sheets; interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Able to research quickly and summarize clearly (stakeholders, pains, context)
Organized working style; you enjoy creating order, templates, and reusable structures
Proactive mindset: you spot gaps, propose improvements, and follow through
