Overview:
Our company is growing dynamically and is in a phase of transformation, where we are further developing structures, optimizing processes, and exploring new growth opportunities. To actively shape this change and drive our expansion, we are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, the Founders Associate, and various teams, taking on cross-departmental tasks and driving strategic initiatives forward. Your contribution will ensure that key projects are implemented efficiently and that our growth is built on a solid foundation.
Your Responsibilities:
Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations.

You proactively tackle tasks, find solutions rather than problems, and can quickly adapt to new topics. At the same time, you value interaction with others, enjoy working cross-departmentally, and contribute ideas that propel the entire team forward.

Our interview plan:

Take‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.
Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
On‑site visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
