IT Coordinator / Administrator (m/f/d)
Our client is a fast-growing technology company specialized in developing robust and highly secure hardware and software solutions for critical infrastructures and defense applications. The company sets new standards for physical and digital cybersecurity and is expanding its operations team in Vienna.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, network)
- Administer Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and related collaboration platforms
- Support automation and process optimization (e.g. Power Automate, Power BI)
- Manage user accounts, rights and permissions in line with security standards
- Provide technical support to employees and act as first point of contact for IT issues
- Coordinate external IT service providers and ensure compliance with security policies
Requirements
Your Profile
- Degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent professional experience
- Practical experience in IT administration and infrastructure management
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 (Power Platform know-how is a plus)
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently in a growing organization
- Proactive problem-solving skills and reliability
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
