Sales Director Slovenia | Construction machinery - Ljubljana
On behalf of our client – a leading company in the investment goods sector with a strong footprint across Central and Eastern Europe – we are currently seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial DIRECTOR to lead SALES and AFTER SALES OPERATIONS in LJUBLJANA with possibility of advancement to Managing Director.
Your key responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility, including sales strategy and operational execution
- Direct personal sales to customer
- Direct management and leadership of the local sales and service team
- Active acquisition and support of key customers
- Optimization of commercial and service structures
- Coordination with group headquarters and international manufacturing partners
- Oversight of receivables and financial discipline
Requirements
Your profile:
- Proven track record in a senior commercial or general management role within the investment goods sector (e.g. construction equipment, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery)
- Solid network within the Slovenian construction industry
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Results-driven leadership style with strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
