IT Coordinator
Blink UX is looking for a talented IT Coordinator to join our Seattle studio. Blink’s IT Coordinator will support our staff and clients with their wide range of technology needs. This role will be focused on supporting Blink’s UX research lab technologies and will require functional knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems, as well as an understanding of modern audio-visual equipment and streaming technologies. This individual will also be responsible for ticket queue and inventory management, hardware and software provisioning, and triaging help desk ticket queue.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who is an expert multi-tasker, organized, and skilled at patiently working with people from all technology backgrounds to keep our business running smoothly from an IT standpoint. Familiarity with LAN, WLAN, and High-Def IP-based Audio-Visual Technologies is a plus. This is an on-site role, based in our Downtown Seattle studio.
