Role Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator (BPO) to manage and support Keen’s IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment, ensuring seamless connectivity, device setup, and user support across the business.
This position offers a unique opportunity to act as the go-to IT specialist in the office, playing a key role in enabling productivity, supporting onboarding, and ensuring our systems scale with business growth.
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Wembley Square, Cape Town location. The working hours are 3:00 pm – 12:00 am SAST to support operational and onboarding requirements.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Keen’s IT network infrastructure, including connectivity, hardware, software, firewalls, switches, and access points
- Manage ISP relationships and ensure stable, high-performance internet connectivity with minimal downtime
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts for new and existing employees
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and system access
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) environments
- Ensure devices are secure, patched, compliant, and up to date
- Maintain an accurate asset register for all IT equipment and licenses
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before business impact
- Manage and liaise with IT vendors and service providers
- Provide hands-on technical support across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices
- Maintain IT documentation, processes, and ticketing workflows
- Act as the primary in-office IT point of contact, delivering responsive and solution-oriented support
- Support shift requirements aligned with new employee onboarding and operational needs
xperience Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in an IT Coordinator, IT Support, or similar role
- Proven and strong understanding of networking concepts (switches, APs, firewalls, ISP management)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Experience setting up and managing devices across Windows and Mac environments
- Solid understanding of IT security, access controls, and device management
- Experience working with vendors and third-party providers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of IT operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical teams
