IT Infrastructure Specialist - Bilingual(English/Korean)

• Provide day-to-day IT support for office and on-site users (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals)

• Set up and maintain office IT environments, including new hire onboarding and equipment deployment

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

• Support Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access management

• Coordinate with external IT vendors or headquarters IT team as needed

• Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or IT support roles

• Hands-on experience with office IT environments and end-user support

• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking concepts

• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
