IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across on-prem and cloud-hosted applications, with a strong focus on data retention, archival, and data purging. This role sits at the intersection of technology, compliance, and cloud transformation, delivering outcomes that are critical to platform modernisation and regulatory assurance.

You will lead the delivery of critical IT projects focused on data retention, archival, and purging across on-prem and cloud-hosted applications. These initiatives are central to compliance, platform modernisation, and long-term data strategy.

Working across technology, security, and business teams, you’ll drive momentum across multiple workstreams, manage vendors, and keep stakeholders aligned. You’ll own project governance end to end, planning, risk, reporting, and delivery ensuring outcomes meet regulatory and data governance requirements while maintaining delivery pace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise technology projects

• Strong understanding of on-prem infrastructure and cloud-hosted applications

• Experience working in regulated or risk-aware environments (e.g. finance, government, telco, utilities)

• Exposure to data governance, privacy, or regulatory frameworks

• Experience migrating or rationalising legacy systems

• PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, or Agile delivery experience

• Background working with enterprise platforms, ERP, or large-scale application portfolios

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
