The Role
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing first, second and administrative level IT support on IT systems, applications, audio visual, unified communications and collaboration systems, and associated peripherals across Sydney and remotely to Brisbane. Working in this role, you will form an integral part of the firm’s dynamic IT team and the broader business support services division. Please note, working in this role involves participating in a 24 hours on call roster as required.

Skills and Experience
As the successful candidate, you will have between one and two years of experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment. Your attributes will include strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a genuine customer service focus and solid written and verbal communication skills.
You will be able to effectively manage competing priorities whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail. Additionally, you will conduct yourself in a professional and courteous manner, undertaking work promptly. Furthermore, you will be trustworthy, reliable and responsive, whilst striving for continuous improvement and contributing to a positive team environment.
