THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
Our IT department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts in charge of the deployment and operation of the Ivalua Cloud, which hosts the environments for our clients around the world. It is also responsible for internal IT infrastructures, IT applications, and data, as well as IT support for our users.
As our Singapore office is growing rapidly, we are looking for an IT Desktop administrator who will contribute to the day to day IT support activity, to the constant modern workplace management evolution and to help with a couple of office management duties.
ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Specialistat Ivalua. You will report to the APAC IT Director and serve as the local IT administrator for the Ivalua office in Singapore . You will also operate as part of the Level 2 support team within the IT Global Service Center which provides IT services on a 24/7 basis to the whole company.
You make sure to provide the best IT service quality to the various population of users and collaborate daily with the global Ivalua Infrastructure & IT Support & Cybersecurity community.
You also act as the local office management contact and help the global facilities team to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
