In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our social media services and platforms.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in fostering effective communication with customers, helping them navigate their accounts, resolve technical issues, and maximize their experience on our platforms. You will be a crucial part of our team, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our clients' social media engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with account management, content creation queries, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Provide guidance on best practices for using our social media services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support and marketing teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in social media technology

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for social media and helping customers navigate their online presence
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial
