Job Description:
You will join a high-performing sales team at a leading equity management platform, reporting directly to a Co-Founder. You will own the full sales cycle for European scale-ups, managing a mix of inbound leads and innovative outbound strategies. This is a critical role for driving pan-European expansion and supporting companies through private growth and IPO phases.

What you will do:

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial opportunity detection to drafting compelling offers and closing deals

• Master the value proposition of equity management and become a trusted advisor for HR, Finance, and Legal decision-makers

• Drive and optimize a pipeline of inbound leads while relentlessly testing and iterating on creative outbound strategies

The ideal candidate:

• Has 1+ years of sales experience in high-growth B2B SaaS startups, preferably from Series A or beyond

• Demonstrates a technical and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding high ARR quotas

• Possesses a strong hunger to learn complex financial domains and engage effectively with C-level stakeholders at European scale-ups
