Junior BIM / Formwork Modeler

Doka Philippines is currently looking for Junior BIM / Formwork Modeler to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and formwork design who are eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic and fast‑paced construction environment. You will work closely with senior engineers and project teams to support formwork modeling, drafting, and design coordination on various local projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with sales to produce AutoCAD/Revit drawings using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the drawings to be used for actual jobsites. 
• You will support the sales team by determining appropriate formwork solutions that meet the customers’ needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines). 
• You will ensure that drawings indicate proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs.  
• You will prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
• You will provide material lists for quotations and for shipments to job site to Sales and Operations team.
• You will ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations. 
• You will ensure that the policies, procedures, programs, standards of performance and compliance are adhered to.
• You will participate in staff training programs on calculations, formwork, product knowledge, computer systems/software applications, etc. 

Qualifications

What you need to succeed in this role:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (civil or construction engineering)

Skills: 

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and formwork design
• Proficient in AutoCAD 3D
• Revit skills (basic to intermediate; ability to create and modify models)
• Knowledge and experience in using Doka Formwork Systems is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Philippine local construction practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines and budgets
• Good listening and probing skills to understand client requirements
• Ability to work in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be hands-on with projects when required
• Engaging personality with a confident and professional attitude
• Willingness to travel and be mobile as needed
