- you will be responsible for the front office and administrative support
- you will handling phone calls and correspondence
- you will organize business trips for Sales colleagues and guests
- you will manage office supplies and general office coordination
- you will support the marketing activities
- You like working together in a dynamic team and have a collaborative approach with hands-on mentality
- You are proud of your organizational skills, self driven approach, cost oriented performance and reliable working style
- You have a good command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage
- Previous experience in administrative, sales support, marketing, or e-commerce roles will be considered an advantage
The salary offered for this position is in line with the market and based on specific qualification and appropriate professional experience.
We offer in addition to 14 salaries a performance related bonus, lunch vouchers and private health insurance.
