We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Business Developer to support our growth initiatives in the SaaS, ERP/CRM, and Fintech domains. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development who is eager to build a strong foundation in consultative selling, client engagement, and revenue generation. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS-based products, particularly within ERP, CRM, and Fintech solutions.
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-ups, referrals, and strategic research across target industries.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach and product demos to proposal support and deal closure assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content, and lead-nurturing initiatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and business cases tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to support long-term account growth.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets related to lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales models, subscription-based products, and sales funnels.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Fintech products or solutions, such as payments, lending, banking platforms, or financial software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into value-driven conversations.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience selling to SMBs or mid-market clients.
  • Exposure to international or enterprise sales cycles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
