We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth and strategic expansion initiatives. This role involves leading the full sales lifecycle, building strong client partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth through a consultative and insight-led approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and deliver long-term value.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies and achieving assigned targets across mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach.
  • Lead complex sales conversations with senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Present and position technology-driven solutions to address customer pain points and business objectives.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification and solution demonstrations to negotiations, deal closure, and handover.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on lead generation, solution positioning, and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or technology-led organizations.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to financial services or expense management solutions is an advantage.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as required.
