Job Description
Finance Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payment processing, including vendor and employee payments.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping entries in accounting software.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Prepare and maintain necessary schedules/reconciliation.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare tax computations for direct and indirect taxes under guidance.
- Support timely tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and tax-related documents.
- Support finance team during audits and month-end activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements and approvals.
- Maintain vendor records and contracts, ensuring timely renewals.
- Handling vendor management and follow-ups for payments and services.
- Handle employee OPD / medical claims, verification, and record-keeping.
- Maintain stationery stock records and coordinate procurement.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of administrative records.
- Support general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks (Parking arrangements / Travelling Arrangements etc).
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or a equally relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in the field of finance & administration.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QB / Zoho).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
