Junior Trader - Instant Coffee

• Support and progressively assume responsibility in instant coffee trading activities, balancing profitability and risk
• Develop new customers and markets, contributing to sales targets and growth
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply–demand dynamics for soluble coffee
• Assist in contract negotiation and execution in compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, R&D, and quality teams to ensure smooth trade execution to customers
• Other tasks assigned by Line Managers

Qualifications

• Dynamic, proactive, highly motivated to build a career in the coffee industry; willing to learn about our products;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; Fresh graduates or less than 2 years of experience in Commodity Trading (e.g. coffee, soybeans, agricultural products), Logistics, with driven mindset;
• Proficient in English (4 skills);
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

The Instant Coffee Trader will be responsible for managing all aspects of instant coffee trading, including commodity trading (sales) activities, market analysis, contract negotiation, risk management, and building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
