 ROLE FUNCTIONS

·       Ensure that menus/beverage lists are clean and in good order

·       Keep the service stands clear and clean at all times.

·       Take guest beverage order

·       Prepare drinks and offers to guest or assigns task to bar waiter during rush hour

·       Assist as required with the actual service of food & beverage.

·       Check the cleanliness of the back area and stores

·       Responsible for the setting up and preparation of his station

·       Responsible for ensure the maintenance of all equipment with the security

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

·        Degree in Hospitality or similar

• Previous experience in 5* hospitality/high end restaurants
• Very good knowledge of the English language (additional language will be considered as a plus)
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Professionalism, responsibility.
