ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Leads day-to-day restaurant operation.
• Implements operational standards that maximize financial performance and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversees menu creation and participates in food tasting.
• Assists in staff recruitment and training processes.
• Evaluates and monitors employee performance regularly.
• Ensures exceptional levels of customer service; addresses guest inquiries and resolves complaints promptly.
• Conducts monthly inventory audits and manages purchasing orders.
• Maintains strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality or similar
• Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
