About the role:

• Curating and managing a diverse and high-quality wine list that complements our menu
• Providing expert wine pairings and recommendations to guests
• Conducting wine tastings and enhancing guest knowledge about wines
• Training and educating the restaurant staff on wine service and etiquette
• Maintaining proper wine inventory and storage conditions
• Engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent is an asset
• Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine service
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
